Western Lassi | Strawberry Lassi Recipe

- 2 cups seedless watermelon pieces
- 1 cup Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp. Rooh- afza
- 7 fresh strawberries
- ½ cup cold water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
How To Make Western Lassi
- Prepare the Ingredients: Cut the seedless watermelon into small pieces, ensuring to remove any seeds. Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cold water and remove the green tops (hulls). Cut the strawberries in half.
- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine watermelon pieces, ripe strawberries, plain yogurt, rooh afza and cold water. If desired, add ice cubes to make the lassi extra chilled and refreshing.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. You may need to blend for about 1-2 minutes, depending on the power of your blender, to ensure a smooth consistency.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the lassi and adjust the sweetness by adding tbsp. or more of rooh afza.
- Serve: Pour the strawberry lassi into serving glasses. Garnish each glass with a fresh strawberry slice for a decorative touch, if desired. Serve the lassi immediately while it's cold and refreshing.
