Main Ingredients To Make Pineapple Lassi
Pineapple – You can easily use store bought pineapple chunks or pineapple juice or fresh pineapple pieces to make lassi. I prefer using fresh pineapple pieces.
Curd – Prefer using fresh, thick and creamy curd. I always use homemade curd to make lassi. Prefer fresh curd only. A day-old curd or sour curd will impart sour taste to lassi. Use soya or coconut curd to make vegan pineapple lassi.
Cardamom – Adds aromatic flavour to lassi. I love to add cardamom to my fruit lassi. If you don’t like, then you can simply skip adding it.
Sugar – I used white granulated sugar. You can use honey too.
Chilled Water – Lassi always tastes best when served chilled. Adding chilled water while whisking the curd will keep the lassi cool.

The pineapple lassi actually sounds very interesting… On my visit to Bangalore during school days, I had this pineapple milkshake from Empire, that was heavenly. It actually reminds me of it…
