Mango Masala Soda Ingredients
Mango Juice – You can use fresh mango juice or store bought one. Use fresh, ripe and sweet mangoes to make juice. You can even use rasalau mango (Andhra special variety of juicy mangoes) for making juice.
Club Soda | Plain Soda | Carbonated Water – Easily available in grocery stores. Adds fizz. Use chilled soda to enhance the flavour of the drink.
NOTE: Wondering how chill soda will enhance the flavour? If you add chill soda, you do not need to add ice cubes. Ice cubes will dilute the drink and changes the taste to some extent.
Instead of soda, you can use sprit or 7-up or mountain dew. But, the sugar content in these drinks is high. So, try to add soda for making this mango masala soda low-calorie drink.
Sugar – Adding sugar is purely optional. If the mango juice is sweet enough, then skip adding sugar.
Roasted Cumin Powder – Adds flavour and unique taste to masala soda.
Black Salt | Kala Namak – Adds distinctive flavour and taste.
Chaat Masala – Adds flavour and taste.
Black Pepper Powder – Adds flavour, taste and heat.
Coriander Leaves – Brings freshness in the drink.
