I know many of you will find this menu specially curated by Gayathri of ‘Gayathri’s Cook Spot‘ quite helpful, as this menu is specially curated with low-carb recipes and she says, if doing keto, then you just need to calculate the macros and eat accordingly. Special Tip: It is better to do work out with empty stomach. A cup of unsweetened black coffee half an hour before work out would be great. But in case it is impossible to work out in the morning, then it is better to have a gap of three hours between any meal and an work out session. – Gayathri
