Wishing you a very healthy and happy new year. As we silently stepped into another year, I am sitting with a book full of blank pages, staring back at me. It’s that time of year again, where I sit and make resolutions for New Year and go through the check list of the resolutions I made past year.
Going through my list, I came across few things which were not completely followed like eating healthy and eating on right time. Thinking more on this, I came up with few pointers and the main one is planning. Planning a menu ahead gives not only peace of mind but also saves lots of time and energy on grocery shopping. So this time, I thought of planning ahead my ‘WEEKLY MEALS’. Along with this I thought it would be great if I include weekly meal plans from different bloggers across the globe.
New Meal Plan, Every Week
When I sent mails to my fellow food blogger buddies, they instantly liked the idea of this weekly meal plans. And they were ready to share their weekly menu plans with us all. I have created two different types of formats as you can see below. One is with workout and other one is without workout. You many be seeing menu either with workout recipes or without workout recipes.
As this being the starting year for the menu planning, I kept the menu simple and easy. You can find most commonly cooked Indian recipes in the menu. I will post a new menu every Sunday Evening both on blog and social media sites. The concept of this is simple…. New Week, New Blogger & New Meal Plan….every week….Get ready….
You can either use ‘Save As’ option by right clicking on the Meal Template to save it on your computer or mobile. More to come in this series. Hope this meal planning will help you in cooking healthy and hearty meals everyday. I am starting the event with a simple menu plan which I planned to make for my family this week. This menu includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian recipes. In the coming weeks you may find completely vegetarian menu plans too. So stay tuned and keep cooking Yummy Food.
