Easy Potato Fry | Aloo Fry Recipe

Made in just 15 minutes, with just 5 main ingredients, this potato fry is a keeper. Tastes best when served with hot bowl of rice and sambar or rasam.

Thick Brush Stroke

Add oil to a pan and to this add tempering ingredients.  Fry till curry leaves turn crisp.

Medium Brush Stroke

To tempering add potato pieces, turmeric and salt. Cook on low flame till soft.
