Dahi Vada

S T E P  B Y  S T E P  R E C I P E

Grind the dal until smooth. Add salt and whisk dal until fluffy.

Deep fry vadas until they turn golden on all sides.

Drain oil from vadas. 

Add these vadas to water. Add pinch of salt and tbsp. of curd to this water. Let the vadas stay in water for 5-10 minutes.

Chopped onions, green chillies, coriander and salt. Squeeze them altogether.

Whisk the curd till smooth and lump-free.

Now add chopped onion, green chilies, salt and minced coriander mixture to curd and mix well.

Squeeze the water from vadas and add them to curd. 

Let the vadas sit in curd for 15-20 minutes. 

Serving Dahi Vada

Top dahi vada with curd and boondi Serve cold.
