Woohoo….the countdown in the weekly menu planner event starts with this Week 42 menu plan….I am overwhelmed with the response, this event have received till date and thankful to all the ones who have been generously part of this weekly menu planner event. Our today’s menu is curated by much talented and my favorite Aparna Balasubramanian of My Diverse Kitchen. Aparna was also one of the guest writers in Food Photography and Styling, Season 2…..where she has given detailed information on ‘Choosing a Tripod‘. When I approached Aparna for this weekly menu planner event, she told me…..(in her words) We eat mostly South Indian rice based meals from our native cuisine on a regular basis. There are other recipes, more combinations and permutations so that our meals are more varied and less boring. We typically eat 5 small meals through the day, hence 5 columns. Our mid-morning snack is always a small portion of fruit. Our evening snacks also tend to be lighter except when the cravings hit. We also keep our dinner lighter and some days it is soup and bread. You can fit that into the menu somewhere for dinner if you would like to do that….I find this menu more useful and easy to follow…Hope this menu helps you in fixing out your weekly menu plan easily….Thank you Aparna for being part of this weekly menu planner event and sending across this wonderful weekly menu plan.
