This menu is inspired from Karnataka cuisine, which is healthy, hearty and homely. Karnataka’s culinary traditions are both fresh vegetables and lentils, which complete the flavors of whole grains and aromatic spices. A lot of balance is achieved with dals being protein-rich, fiber-rich vegetables, and wholesome carbs like rice and millets. Karnataka Cuisine is that which not only fills your stomach but also nourishes your body and soul.
