Week 29 is here and this week’s menu is curated by Seema Doriaswamy of ‘Mildly Indian‘. I came across Seema on Instagram and loved her health conscious recipes. When I reached her to do this weekly menu planner event, she said she is following this event on Instagram and have downloaded some of the weekly menu plans and stuck them up on her fridge.
