Let me start with Bread Tasting,
You may be wondering by the word bread tasting, but let me tell you, there are so many varieties of bread we tasted that day….To name a few, we tasted Whole Wheat Bread, American Rye, Multigrain Bread, etc. The one which I liked the most was American Rye, little sweet in taste, so soft and yum. There were so many varieties of breads in store and the good part of them is most of them can be stored in freezer for 2-3 months. Just take 10-15 minutes prior to serving from the freezer and warm it or have it just like that…the texture will be soft inside. Isn’t it wow?
When coming to the pairing of the breads, these can be pared up with jams, butter, cheese or even wine apart from eating them regularly.
Then coming to tasting Chocolates,
Now I know many of you many be envy of me….but let me tell you I have something for you for the time being, Yeah the pictures….When the pictures are making you carve for this, then how I can resist by seeing an assorted platter of luxury chocolates in front of my eyes…..it was an heavenly experience to bite into fruit puree or cheese or mayo filled chocolates….There are flavoured chocolates like jeera (cumin), red chilli and etc….It was an mesmerising moment to have an chilli flavoured chocolate….it was like magic….which can’t be kept in words….Almond Sensation was most delectable chocolate I had in my life…..
Next is Pasty Tasting:
We had huge choice in this too….Each Pastry looks like an work of art. The minute detail in making of it has taken care of. The signature logo on the pasty is made up of white chocolate, which adds Bliss to the pastry. From Blueberry Cheese Cake to Strawberry Cheese Cake, from Tiramisu to Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake, everything was exotic and luscious. The Dark Chocolate Mousse cake was the most delicious, scrumptious and melts in mouth which I had in my life. The cake being made from rich cocoa, dark chocolate and cream…it was not heavy and when asked by me…the chef said it is because of the rich and very fresh cream they use in making it….and the best part is all the cakes available in the store are “Eggless”. Yeah I have heard you saying ‘WOW’.
Apart from this upon delightfully insisted by the Director of Bliss Chocolates Pvt. Ltd., I have ordered Plain Hot Chocolate Drink and Deepa has ordered Cold Chocolate Shake and the drinks were heavenly indeed.
A cosy, calm and comfortable corner in the bustling mall, where you can sit, relax, enjoy and pamper your senses with the luxury of chocolates. So what are you waiting for….when you are in any of the following Malls mentioned below, then don’t forget to Bliss yourself with Bliss Chocolates.
To score it up: (Bliss Chocolates Pvt. Ltd.)
Ambiance: 4/5
Food: 4/5
Value for money: 4/5
Service: 4/5
That’s a good score….I recommend you to stop by and feel the BLISS…..
Finally,
Now you can understand how happy I am to do this review….It was like we three of us (Me, Valarmathi and Deepa) were on a trip to gastronomical heaven where we were treated like queens of heaven….we just sat and relaxed….and

H Lubna,
Thanks for visiting my blog. 🙂
Splendid Review. Bliss used to be one of my favorite places in Bangalore, the only place where you get the new york cheesecake. I hardly see it in other high-end bakeries/cake outlets.
Good to know they are launching their variety bread products. 🙂
