These weekly meal plans are perfect for people who cook and love to cook South Indian meals. South Indian meals are easy to cook, healthy and filling.
Ramadan Day 01-05
As the fasting days just started, I kept the menu simple with rotis in seher and rice in iftar. We love to have a small bowl of seasonal fruits during iftar.
Ramadan Day 06-10
With hydrating drinks and seasonal vegetables, this 5-day meal plan is simple and best for fasting days.
Ramadan Day 11-15
Include seasonal fruits in iftar. Fruits naturally nutritious and loaded with body essential minerals and vitamins.
Ramadan Day 16-20
Try and include millets in the meal plan. Millet is rich in dietary fiber and good source of iron, calcium, and phosphorus.
Ramadan Day 21-25
Try and include curd in meal plan. Curd helps in helps in digestion, improves immunity and keeps the body cool.
Ramadan Day 26-30
As we are near to the end of the fasting days, haleem, biryani and bagara take the major place in meal plan. As in most of the houses, family members start coming to celebrate Eid together.
