Variations in making Hyderabadi Meethi Dal Recipe
I have used the combination of yellow moong dal and masoor dal. You can use make this dal
by using only moong dal
or by using only masoor dal
even you can use toor dal
Some use ghee in tempering or tadka. Using ghee will give nice taste and aroma to this dal.
I have dry roasted moong dal. If in hurry, then you can skip it. But dry roasting will give nice taste and color to the dal.
Hyderabadi Meethi Dal is comforting, protein-rich and delicious main meal recipe. Meethi Dal is served with warm bowl of steamed rice, any stir-fry or papad and pickle.
