Week 46 is here, and it’s hard to believe how quickly time is flying by! I often reflect on how the Weekly Meal Plan event has transformed and grown since we started back in 2018. This week, I’m excited to share a menu curated by my dear friend Valarmathi from Simple and Yummy Recipes.
Valar and I were neighbors when I lived in Bangalore, and she introduced me to many delicious Tamil recipes that I still love to make. We had such wonderful times cooking together, shopping, attending restaurant and product reviews, and enjoying long chats over tea. I truly miss those days!
