dry White peas Onion, sliced Green chili,chopped fresh ground Pepper powder Cumin | Jeera Curry leaves, roughly chopped Salt, as per taste Lemon juice, optional Olive oil

Easy and Simple White Peas Sundal is a protein rich, fat free, vegan and gluten free recipe. Just in three simple steps and with six easily available ingredients, we can make white peas sundal.

Instructions:

Wash and soak white dried peas in water for 6-7 days. Drain and pressure cook by adding water. Cook till peas turn soft.

Instructions:

In a skillet, add oil cumin, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and sliced onion. Now add boiled dried peas. 

Instructions:

Season with salt and pepper powder. Add lemon juice and serve warm.
