Prawns Onion Green chillies Ginger-Garlic paste Red chilli powder Turmeric powder Garam masala powder dry Coconut powder, optional Salt to taste Oil for frying Coriander or Mint leaves

Marinate prawns and set aside for 30 minutes. In a pan add marinated prawns along with sliced onion and green chillies. Cook on low flame, till water is absorbed.
