My encounter with Sreevalli is through facebook, where we came across with each other while playing farmville….and when I checked her profile, I came to know that we are from the same hometown. This bought us little closer asking each others residence areas, school and colleges studied….
Some days back when she pinged me to do a guest post on her blog, about any traditional sweet/dessert recipe of my choice. Sreevalli’s blog is loaded with many delicious traditional recipes and I am thrilled to be part of her blog. Hop over to her blog to know more about her cooking. Thinking what to make for her blog, I came up with the idea of these Kobbari Louz recipe. These laddus are very simple to make and yum to relish.
Hope you people too love making these crunchy, juicy and yummy Kobbari Louz. These laddus are also called as Kobbari Undalau or Coconut Laddus which can be made up in no time and can be a great snack for the kid’s too. I have used Oats Powder and added nuts to this recipe. The traditional recipe calls for just few ingredients where fresh coconut and jaggery or sugar will be the main ingredients. Do give this a try.
Hop on to Sreevalli’s place to a check the sweet story associated with the sweet recipe. My first every guest post @ Ammaji Recipes.
