Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp. Jaggery
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- ½ tsp. Baking soda
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp. melted Butter

- Food coloring (optional for pink pancakes)
For Garnish:
- 4-5 tbsp. Honey
- 6-8 Strawberries, hulled and chopped
