Fortune Rice Bran Oil
By the time the bite size chicken pieces are getting marinating in the fridge, I got ready and packed all the necessary things for the small surprise party. Wrapping my kitchen apron around, I pulled the marinating chicken from the fridge and gently placed them in the baking tray by greasing it with Fortune Rice Bran Oil, which I received to review few days back. I choose to bake my chicken bites using this oil for two reasons…one is the health factor as this oil is coming from the ‘bran’, the thin brown layer which is present on the unpolished grains.
This oil is enriched with heart friendly micronutrient Oryzanol. This oil is enriched with a gamut of nutrients and is good for heart, immunity, skin and hormones. The other is to find out, is there any difference in the taste of the recipe, that too a non-vegetarian one, when baked in.
