Sweet  Scrambled  Eggs

This sweet scrambled eggs recipe is, – creamy, light and protein-packed. – ready in just few minutes. – needs only four ingredients. – naturally gluten free, grain free and is nut-free.


– 2 Eggs – 4 tbsp. Sugar – 4 tbsp. Ghee – 2 Cardamom, powdered

Sweet Eggs Recipe

Beat eggs, sugar, ghee, cardamom powder in a bowl. Transfer this mixture to pan and cook on low flame. 2. Keep stirring by scrapping the edges to avoid burning of egg mixture. Stir till egg mixture is completely cooked. Serve hot with ghee toasted bread slices or rotis.
