Eggless Greek Yogurt Whole Wheat Muffins with Oil

STEP 1: Line or grease muffin pan. STEP 2: Pre-heat oven at 180°C. Step 3: Sieve dry ingredients in a bowl. Step 4: Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.


STEP 5: Fold wet ingredients with dry ingredients. STEP 6: Divide the batter in each muffin cup. Step 7: Add chocolate chips. Step 8: Tap gently and bake for 15 minutes.


STEP 9: Remove the muffins from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. STEP 10: Serve with coffee or tea or juice.
