Ingredients
– 1 cup Cashews
– ¾ cup Sugar
– ½ tbsp. Almond/Walnut oil, for greasing
– 1 tbsp. Rose essence
– Silver leaf
Kaju Barfi Recipe
In a pan combine fine ground cashew nut paste and sugar.
On low flame, cook by stirring contiounsly till the mixture thickness.
Transfer this to a greased loaf pan or plate.

Gently roll the silver leaf on top. Cut into shapes and leave till burfi comes down to room temperature.
Stays fresh for 10 days.
