Egg Puffs

Just in 30 minutes you can make crunchy, buttery, spicy, flaky and delicious egg puffs at home.

Ingredients 

- 4 medium Onions – 1 Tomato – 2 Green chilies, chopped – ½ tbsp. Red chili powder – ¼ tbsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste – ¼ tbsp. Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp. minced Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp. Oil – 6 Hard boiled eggs – 1 tbsp. Milk – 1 Egg – 6 Readymade pastry sheets

How to make Egg Puffs

- Make onion-tomato masala.  - Add one spoon of masala to each pastry sheet. Place half of hard boiled egg on it. - Fold and brush the top of pastry sheet with egg wash. - Bake in pre-heated oven at 180C for 15 minutes.
