Microwave Eggless Dates Brownies

After a long time I am writing a guest post on a blog. It is my immense pleasure to write for Nusrath’s  ‘Be My Guest – Marhaba’  at her blog ‘The Food Factory‘. After lot of thinking, I settled down to make these microwave eggless dates brownies for Nurstath’s event.

Brownies are huge hit in my house and with my friends. I make them very often and today I thought of adding dates to the dough. Dates impart natural sweetness to the brownies and so there is less amount of sugar used in the recipe…Though these days I have minimal the use of microwave….I find it easy to whip up something fast when the kiddo demands. These dates brownies which are eggless and made in microwave are after school treat to the lil’M, which she enjoyed relishing….
