Brown Sugar Loaf Cake

Ingredients 

– 1½ cups all-purpose flour – 2 Eggs, room temperature – ¾ cup dark brown sugar (firmly packed) - ½ tbsp. Cinnamon powder – ½ cup milk, at room temperature – 1½ tbsp. pure vanilla essence – 1 tbsp. Baking powder – ¼ tbsp. Baking soda – ¼ tbsp. Salt – ¾ cup Oil

Step 1: Pre-heat The Oven & Grease the Loaf Tin Step 2: Sieving The Dry Ingredients

Step 3: Mixing Wet Ingredients. Step 4: Combining Wet and Dry Ingredients.

Step 5: Baking Step 6: Cooling Step 7: Removing Cake From Loaf Tin

Step 8: Serving The Cake When the cake reaches the room temperature, slice the cake and serve. Loaf cake stays fresh for 3 days.

Color & Taste

The color of brown sugar plays an important role in the color of the cake. If you are using dark brown sugar, the color of the cake is little dark.
